Note that there are blanks for you, the drive leader, to fill in with the name or description of the event and the date of the event. Please print these in advance for the number of folks who've signed up - and a few extras for those who forget to sign up but just appear (trust me on this!). Any questions, please ask.

Attached is a set of guidelines to help you set up and run your event. If you have any questions, please ask. These have been developed over years of trial and error (!) so we don't repeat some of our past mistakes. They should help your event go more smoothly.
