Sadly, Tim and I have a commitment that weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, supporting our daughter who is chief technical inspector for the Ohio Valley Region of the SCCA event.  We'll miss you and will look forward to seeing the review of the meeting later.

Thursday, August 28 Craig has planned a unique experience for us.  For around $50 you can get a PRIVATE tour of the Ohio State Reformatory (prison for the Shawshank Redemption movie) up in Mansfield, Ohio.  It is a one day trip as of now.

We plan to open this to the Cincy Miata Club and the Ohio Valley Austin – Healey Club to lower costs to all.  Looking for 20 – 30 attendees.  Drive to Mansfield, OH and get a $50 per person private tour. PLAN IS TO LOWER THE COST WHEN WE GET MORE SIGNED UP.   Getting there is up to each person because we will have a definite time slot.  They have a food canteen for lunch. The date is Thursday, August 28. Time is 11:30 AM. Be there early. And then he will make an organized drive back.

E-board meeting at 2:00.  The Motor-In (club meeting) will start at 2:30, eat about 3:30.  You can attend any or all aspects, but we need to know how many will join us for late lunch / dinner. Today is April 11.  We drove much of the route today and had to revise part due to a road closure - a landslide washed away a stretch of a road we were going to use.  Route instructions will be handed out at the driver's meeting at 9:30 on April 12.  See you all there!

We'll start at the parking lot of the now-closed Frisch's at the Ward's Corner exit of I-275.
Lunch will be at Miller's Furniture, Bulk Foods, Bakery in Wheat Ridge.
If you can only join us for the morning, we'll give you directions from Miller's to SR 32 and back to I-275.
The last bridge is just off US 68 south of Mt. Orab.  Again, when we cross SR 32, you may go west and back to I-275.  Or we can all stop at Butterbee's for supper!
