The exact itinerary is still a work in progress, but the hotel block is now in place.
We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Commerce Drive in Versailles, KY all three nights.  Our rate is $109 per night, lower than any rate I could book online for the nights of May 24-25-26 checking out Monday, May 27.  BTW – if you’re an IHG club member, you will earn points for this stay.
Below are the links to book your reservations:
M&M Vacation Block or
https://www.hiexpress.com/redirect?path=hd&brandCode=EX&localeCode=en&regionCode=1&hotelCode=LEXVS&_PMID=99801505&GPC=MMV&viewfullsite=true
Note 1:  If all else fails, go to the Holiday Inn Express website and use the group code MMV to get our rate.
Note 2:  The rate expires April 24 so unused rooms may go back into the hotel’s inventory.
Note 3:  Once you have made your reservation, please let me know by email (bobbi.ross@fuse.net) so I add you to our master list.

I see there are 17 people coming so far we have room for more. You can invite Miata people too.  It looks like the weather will be fine. We even have a Mini Racetrack set up at the BTM. We have a fine collection of bicycles. For the farmer British tractor.   if you like food, the Spaghetti Wearhouse won't disappoint and for dessert how about a beautiful Packard. Come one come all this will not disappoint.

Walking Rallye - MainStrasse Village
Saturday March 9
Time: 1:30

Location : MainStrasse Village, Covington, KY
The challenge has been issued by the Greater Cincinnati Miata Club to the Queen City Coopers! Who will have more entrants in the (first? annual?) walking rallye - this time exploring MainStrasse Village. No cars will be used so you can drive your snow-beater to get to Covington.

Meet at Mac's Pizza Pub, 604 Main Street, Covington between 1:30 and 2:00. You will be given 2 hours to complete the rallye.

Entrants will work in pairs - one "driver" and one "navigator". Each pair will be given a sheet of pictures of details of signs, architectural details, sculptures, ironwork, windows, murals visible from the sidewalks of MainStrasse - along 6th street plus one block north and one south on Main Street. A second sheet in the package has questions about those details - things like an address, a date, complete a sentence.
Prizes will be awarded to the winning team from each club. Depending on total entries, there may be a prize (trophy?) to the club with the larger number of entries - or the higher total number of points - to be determined by the rallyemasters.

If the weather turns really ugly, please watch the facebook page for updates or use the contact below.

The M&M Vacation is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend – May 24-25-26-27, 2019.  We’re heading south into horse country to possibly see:

 Beer Cheese Trail
 Blackfish Bison Ranch
 Hall's on the River
 Keeneland
 Lower Howard's Creek Nature Preserve
 Old Friends Dream Chase Farm
 Old Talbott Tavern
 Red State BBQ
 Stone Fences of Clark County
 Texas Outlaw BBQ
 Wild Turkey Distillery

Mark your calendars and watch the websites.  We should have the hotel room block in place by the end of February.  Again, we’re limiting the group to 15 cars and the room block will expire before the end of April.
